Simbiyotek Biyolojik Urunler San. Tic. A.S. was established by academic partners who had industrial experience about biotechnology, food, agriculture, durugs and environment sectors in 2004.

Simbiyotek as a corporate leaded itself to sustainable and organic agriculture and poultry sector with their serial sector food industry. In these sectors the perception of natural and environment friendly products has been lasting gainly and even for some situations it is seen as the only option. For example, because the use of chemical drugs at organic agriculture is not free, using biological defense methods (bio-control agents) are seen the only choice for pests. Likewise in 2006 the antibiotics at poultry husbandry sector were forbidden, the usage of natural microbiologic options (probiotic, lactic acid cultures) became important.
