Explanation

Meltblown (melt: melt, blown: blow) is a micro and nanofiber manufacturing method in which a polymer melt is extruded through small nozzles surrounded by high velocity blow gas. Meltblown fabrics are generally used in areas such as filters, medical masks, sound insulation, industrial cleaning. Meltblown produced from 100% Polypropylene (PP) material, as in interlining fabric, can be manufactured from 10 grams to 500 grams. Similarly, it has properties such as UV added, anti-static, hydrophilic and fire retardant. Apart from polypropylene, it also produces thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) meltblown fabrics. Telamelt Nonwoven manufactures meltblown fabrics in high-tech new generation production lines. The width of our meltblown production line is 160cm. According to your request, we can cut and wrap in the weight and dimensions you want. We have a production capacity of 2000 kilos per day. We can export with our FDA, CE, ISO Certificates.
