KUMPAS DOVME OTOMOTIV MAKINA SAN. TIC. LTD. STI is a hot steel forging company based in Konya, Turkey. It is a prominent producer in the Heavy Vehicle Spare Parts industry. To name but a few, Kumpas Dovme produces axle parts for trucks and trailers, Fifth Wheel Spare Parts, King Pins, parts for agricultural equipment and machinery, in the industrial park measuring a total of more than 10.000 m2, over half of which is an extensive indoor complex. Kumpas Dovme was founded in 2005 as a subcontractor for companies that required our forging services. Nowadays our company has more than 70 employees, divided into 6 production teams, as well as 5 engineers. In addition to our prestigious subcontracting role, Kumpas Dovme produces spare parts for Fifth Wheels under its own brand Maxiforge, which was created in the latter end of the 2010-2019 decade. Our skilled employees can forge any part required, providing they have the technical drawings and respectable codes of said parts, with weights ranging from 0.1 kg to 200 kg depending on the product and raw materials. Over the years, our company has proved the quality of our production lines by bein granted TSE-ISO-9001: 2015; ISO-14001: 2015; TS ISO 45001 2018,TUV certificates. One of the main parts in our product range, the King Pin, has also been granted the certificates regarding Technical Regulations of European Union ECE-R55 with E11. We are renowned in Europe, Africa and the Middle East as one of the best producers in regards to quality, and we hope to keep up our hard-earned reputation.
