Aciselsan Acipayam Seluloz Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.

Aciselsan Acipayam Seluloz Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. was established in Denizli Acipayam in 1973 by the local people. Development Bank of Turkey and Vakiflar Bankasi A.S. (as it is known today) and Aciselsan became partners in 1974. Aciselsan achieved its first export in 1977. Development Bank of Turkey A.S. has transferred its 76.8% shares of Aciselsan to the Privatization Administration in 2010. In the last quarter of 2011, Verusaturk Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. won the privatization tender held by the Privatization Administration and purchased 76.8% shares of Aciselsan from the Privatization Administration Presidency on 24th of January; in addition, it purchased 15.2% of Aciselsan shares from Turkey Vakif Bank T.A.O. Pension Fund and increased its total shares in Aciselsan. In 2018, 47.3% of shares owned by Verusaturk GSYO were transferred to Verusa Holding A.S.
