Our factory started production in January 2000 in Antalya, where is the centrum of tourism. The factory is placed in 20.000m2 area in Antalya Organised Industrial Zone. (A.O.S.B.)

At first we started to produce piece–dyed medium thick fabrics and later on, with new investments, we have started producing 10000 - 12.000 m/ day yarn–dyed thin fabrics with 72 looms. According to the increase on the orders we can enlarge the capacity to 20.000 m/ day by the additional 48 looms in contract product.

The production in yarn count is from Ne 8/1 to Ne 120/1 and in two-fold to 200/2.

Some different types of finishing, added to the classical shirt finishing, are applied to the fabrics as piece dyeing, pigment dyeing, easy-care, brushed, sanded, liza (carbon) finished, peach effect, mill wash, aloe vera, quad action, anti mosquito, wrinkle free and etc.

Distribution of production: 50% of the production is exported to Europe and 50% is sold export inclined in domestic market.

Double beam system is adepted on the 8 of the looms.

The climate system of the weaving dapartment is Luwa/ Switzerland, also above the looms, there is a moving cleaning system. Cleaning of the looms is done by full automatic vacuum system ( Skimann / Switzerland ).
