DELIVERY CONDITIONS
All of our products are under guarantee of producer companies. Guarantee periods along with the product information, will be presented soon by the update. Guarantee certificates are in the packing of the products. Our company is responsible for the guarantee of the products and return of the products.
Wholesale orders/purchases are prepared based on your records with the system of franchiser membership.



You should be giving your order/purchase taking into consideration the quantity in the package and exact package amount.



For instance, for a product that is on sale as a package consisting of 12 items, you should be giving your order as 12 or multiple of 12.



Your wholesale orders different from package amounts will be prepared by reducing to the amount in the package.



The orders outside Istanbul will be delivered in 3 days by cargo; Orders in Istanbul will be delivered in 1 weekday by our staff.
