Our company has been dealing in mining chalcedony since 2002 in Eskisehir province in Turkey where the largest chalcedony reserves exist in the world. According to the geological researchs it is reckoned that there is a 3.000.000 tons chalcedony reserves in our region. Our company has the capacity of mining chalcedony 1000 tons per annum and thus is the major supplier of chalcedony and export the same mainly to China, India and other countries such as United States,Germany, Japan,Thailand and Pakistan. Our purpose is to make the chalcedony known and usable all over the world which is called “Blue Turkish Chalcedony” or Saricakaya Blue Chalcedony.” Chalcedony Stones classified in 3 grades from dark to light blue.The dark blue one is scarce and classified as 1st grade. It is transparent and our company has 25-30 tons capacity of obtaining this grade per annum. Its colour is relatively lighter comparing with 1st grade chalcedony and it is not as light blue as 3rd grade. It is also transparent. Our company is able to mine 150-200 tons of 2nd grade of chalcedony per annum. It is very light blue, almost white and transparent. Our mining capacity is 250 tons per annum. It is a variety of chalcedony which is found only in our mines. It is not transparent. It has two colour varieties; milk white and ivory white. Our company has the mining capacity of 250 tons per annum. Jasper is found in Brown and its tones (shades),yellow and its tones(shades) and bordeux colours. But agate is mainly blue; has black, yellow, brown and other stripes inside of it .Our company is able to obtain of agate 500 tons per annum.
