In 1953, Mahmut Basyazicioglu established a family business and started the production of Kayseri pastrami. Then, as a result of the supply and demand, it started to produce home-type sausage. The company that gradually progressed in the production of pastrami and sausage with its own technical means in a small business for many years, and embarked on the construction of a modern factory to be combined. Basyazicioglu, which was named "Meat Combination" in 1983, expanded its product range and started the production of meat products such as salami, sausage, roasting, smoked and ham. The company, which later established its own breeding farm for a healthier and more controlled production, thus provided a more stable source of raw materials. Basyazicioglu company still continues to grow and thanks to the diligence and effort it has shown in its production, it has become a priority among its competitors in meat products.
