The Besler Group is proud to have established the largest state of the art feed facility to serve the producers and the sector in general. Our products, marketed under the BESYEM brand, are produced with the contributions of our experts and technical field staff with the aim of providing producers and breeders with the means to achieve higher efficiency. All processes, from production to consumption, have been designed to fulfil the needs and expectations of customers and the conditions of today. The new plant is located in the Gaziantep 3rd Organized Industrial Park and was completed in 8 months. The facility has a production capacity of 100 tons an hour and utilizes state of the art machinery and automation systems. The production facility is constructed on a steel frame and 1,800 tons of steel was used. Tue production facility has the technology and capacity to produce special feeds, apart from bovine, ovine and poultry feed. The facility produces powder; pellet and granule feed and serves the sector with a fully automated production process, from raw material load in to product packaging. The facility has been outfitted with 30 vertical raw material dosage silos and 44 vertical product silos, also with a horizontal raw material warehouse covering 5,700 square meters. The aim in investing in product and raw materials storage is to allow for the usage of large amounts of raw materials to ensure economy in production and to be able to answer to requests for any type of feed within a short time.
