Dating back to centuries ago and born on our lands, bulgur has been a part of our culture. Despite of its nutritional value and innumerable benefits, bulgur has remained as a product belonging to our lands for years, perceived as “food for the poor” and not introduced to the foreign cultures in the strictest sense. Taking the introduction of the bulgur to the world as a mission from the abovementioned idea, our firm has restructured itself in order to add value to the bulgur and intensified its activities on the new bulgur products produced from bulgur.
