Our company has started the olive production in Soma in 2002. At first, it has started the olive production under the title of EGE TURKUAZ ZEYTIN VE SUT URUNLERI SAN.TIC.LTD.STI. and it continued its activities as COSAR ZEYTINCILIK by establishing the modern olive plant with the capacity of 1800 tons which has a closed area of 4000 sqm in Soma due to the increased work capacity. Our company is the sister company of EGE TURKUAZ ZEYTIN VE SUT URUNLERI SAN TIC LTD STI under the same roof. COSAR ZEYTINCILIK, that takes into consideration different requirements and demands during the production of black and green olives, produces all kinds of olives such as whole, filled, pitted, sliced, scratched olives and sells the olives to the domestic and foreign markets by retail and wholesale. In accordance with this policy, it gives the necessary importance during the stages of production, processing, storage and marketing. In our company which acts with the idea that the quality can be provided only by improving oneself; the quality concept has become a principle from the bottom to the top employees. COSAR ZEYTINCILIK, which acts according to the customer requirements during the presentation as in production, offers its products in glass jars, tins, and vacuum or plastic packaging on request.
