Detas Denizli Demir Celik A.S.

In order to produce and sell of iron and steel products; Detas A.S. is established in Denizli in October, 1977. Its rolling mill started production with international quality standards in April 1982 on the purpose of to achieve a strong producer position in the iron and steel industry in Turkey. Detas A.S.'s rolling plant is set with 7.100 m2 closed area in 21.000 m2 land. Since 1982 Detas A.S. is proud by earning the trust of its valuable customers'. Detas A.S. decides to invest in textile sector in 1997 as well as it has a corner in the Turkish steel market. Detas A.S. started its activities in textile with 8 Sulzer P7100 looms; at present because of the necessities of the time and the surplus of demand Detas A.S. has 36 looms by adding new Sulzer G6300 looms to its weaving factory. Not only Turkish partners, but also from the Balkans to all over the Europe by their demands Detas A.S. supplies raw and printed fabrics, home textile products with its brands (Turcotone - Haremturk) to its customers. Detas A.S. non-stop maintains R&D activities in technical textile since it has been founded; from design to delivery of the shipment to the customer, in every process Detas A.s's main priority is quality and owe to the this Detas A.S. proudly represents Turkey in global textile market.
