Shijiazhuang Cross Automatic Machinery Co., Ltd and Hebei Jushan Metal Products Co., Ltd are developed from the enterprise future planning division of Diamond Wire Netting & Finished Products Company. All the products of Diamond Group are exported under the name of Hebei Jushan Metal Products Co., Ltd at present. Shijiazhuang Cross Automatic Machinery Co., Ltd with our own Research & Development team has been running for 4 years. This company is a research-oriented manufacturer. We have designed and developed the cutting machine of gabion mesh, improved and upgraded the gabion woven machine and we have established the whole production line of gabion mesh. We also have developed the automatic production line of steel rebar coupler. The automatic machinery of steel rebar coupler used in Hebei Jushan Metal Products Co., Ltd is researched and perfected by Shijiazhuang Cross Automatic Machinery Co., Ltd. The design concept for our machinery company is "Precise, Consistency, low cost labour and high efficiency. Oue aim is to make our company a Technic and Research oriented company. Hebei Jushan Metal Products Co., Ltd is specialized in making steel rebar coupler and parallel thread roller machine. We have reduced the production cost and labor cost because of the use of automatic production line. The operators are only technicans for equipment maintenance, not labors for operation of machine. 45# steel and other high tensile alloy steel adopted as the raw material for production of steel rebar coupler are heat treated according to the torsion and bend of yield strength. The quality of rebar coupler determins the quality of the whole building, and also influences the safety of people in it.. The quality of rebar coupler is a huge responsibility related to human life. We have been running Diamond Wire Netting & Finished Products Company for many years and its main products fall into two parts: Fence(Wire mesh fence and razor wire fence) and the gabion mesh. The wire mesh fence is mainly used for traffic fence and oil field fence such as in Sudan,Kuwait,Sadi Arab etc. And the razor wire fence is used for border fence. The gabion mesh has been exported to many countries such as Tanzania, Kenya, Malaysia, East Timor, New Zealand, Guatemala, Brazil, Bolivia, Italy and Sweden. The introduction of each enterprise area: Diamond Wire Netting & Finished Products Company with the area of 20000 square meters has five workshops such as Gabion mesh, chain link mesh,Razor wire,Fence post and Barbecue mesh. The total area of Shijiazhuang Cross Automatic Machinery Co., Ltd and Hebei Jushan Metal Products Co., Ltd is 40000 square meters.
