EMA BOYA which was founded in 2004 has, ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate, operating in IndustrialMarine paints field and is continuing to provide service for the sector with the advanced technology it has.EMA BOYA always aiming to introduce most developed materials to the sector’s needs in parallel with the developments in Industrial and Marine paints technology. For this purpose,we have moved to our new and modern facilities,which has 4000 m² closed area,with 10.000 metric tons/year production capacity and 320,000 liters stock capacity located in Paint Varnish Organized Industrial Zone at Tuzla area as of August 2009. On the other hand,developments in other technology leading countries are being followed and products having most innovative technology in the field are introduced locally to the industry with internally developed ‘know-how’. During 2007-2009,EMA BOYA were chosen to take an important role by participating an activity about designing of a tin free self polishing antifouling paint,which was utilized completely new raw materials and local technology in the marine coatings sector with TUBITAK- MAM, R&D work group. EMA BOYA has enacted a license agreements with Chugoku Paint company founded in Hiroshima city of Japan in 1917 as of October 2009.Chugoku Paint company has provided service for Turkish Marine Operation community during 2001-2009 by its firm in Tuzla Leather Industrial Free Zone. Chugoku Paint company which has always aimed at production in Turkey has achieved its target with EMA BOYA. The Chugoku Paint Company and EMA BOYA targeting to continue their way as powerful supplier and technology provider in Marine and Industrial coating field in the regional market by their cooperation.
