As an import/export agent working for your firm,we should need to negotiate an agreement with you to allow me the sole rights to sell your product(s) in a specified area or areas which you would decide.We should also need leaflets or other promotional literature which would serve to introduce your products to potential overseas buyers.Finally,we work on commission,which is to be agreed between us,which would become payable on completion of an order.


Payments to you by customers would be in advance by irrevocable letter of credit so that your firm would run no risk of non payment at any time.
