CASTING GROUP COMPANY PROFILE 1)GENERAL INFORMATION “Gedik Dokum ve Vana” is manufacturer of Steam Valves and Armatures, Investment Casting and Sand Casting for more than 40 years as a subsidiary of GEDIK GROUP, We have been manufacturing almost all kinds of valves and armatures for steam, water, oil, gas and other applications by the brand name TERMO in pressure range PN 6-10-16-25-40 made in cast iron, steel and stainless steel.+bronze alloys In Investment Casting Department, 1 gr. to 60 Kg. pieces are casted, steel, stainless steel, aliminium and copper alloys for especially defense, firearms and automotive industries as well as all machine and spare part manufacturers. In Sand Casting Department, up to 50 Kg. pieces are casted in Cast Iron and Nodular Cast Iron by automatic molding machine in medium and high quantities. Our casting departments are AD-Merkblatt 2000 W0 certified and fully equipt with high-tech quality control equipments. In addition to casting, parts can be delivered as finished by machining, heat treatment, coating,… according to requirements.
