Our company entered into assorted nuts business in 1980 with white and yellow roasted chick pea and after 1985, it expanded its product range with the addition of white and black sunflower seed, peanut kernel, crusty peanut, pistachio, almond, hazelnut, crusted hazelnut, walnut, cashew, pumpkin seed, coffee, roasted chick pie, chick pie candy, sesame chick pie, sesame nuts, coated nuts, assorted cocktail, grape, apricot and corn. The calibration process up to 5 classes in main products such as sun flower seed, pumpkin seed, yellow and white roasted chick pea, coated products and nuts, bulking (2,5 and 5 kgs) and packing (1000, 800, 600, 500, 400, 350, 250, 150, 100, 80, 70, 50, 25 g) processes are being performed in different packing options. Our company, which carried out its activities with 120 - 150 tons / month capacity within a tight facility until 2000, moved to its new, 6000 m2 location in 2001 and increased its established capacity up to 700 tons / month. In 2007, it further increased the closed space to 9500 m2 and its production capacity up to 900 tons / month. The company acquired ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and HACCP Food Safety Certificates in 22/03/2006 and added ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 Work Health and Safety System certificates as an addition to its existing documents. Currently, the company successfully passes the annual examinations regarding those management systems. In 2012, the company transformed itself from a private company to incorporated thus strengthened its institutional structure and by improving its conveyors and machine inventory according to the ever developing conditions, it increased its monthly capacity up to 1000 tons. Our company, which provides its services to the coastal region of Turkey, primarily to the Aegean and Mediterranean regions, thanks to its broad service network, continues it’s up tempo march towards its goal to bring the quality products that are produced in hygienic conditions with cutting edge technology and the attention for taste that is highly acknowledged by the consumers.
