1984, the company is founded by Mr.Cevdet Inci, and was established with the name of Inci Akü.
1985, obtained Austrian Dr. Leopold Jungfer Baren lisense and technology.
1993, formed a joint-venture with CEAC/France, each with 50% shares.
1995, Exide acquired CEAC and became the new partner of Inci.
1995, achieved ISO 9002 TSE certificate.
1997, first-time production and sales of batteries from Ca Alloy in Turkey by Inci.
1998, opened new plant in Kyiv/Ukraine.
1999, first-time production and sales of Exmet Batteries in Turkey by Inci.
1999, achieved QS 9000 certificate
2000, acquired Turkish Battery Manufacturer, EAS.
2002, achieved TS 16949 certificate.
2005, ended the partnership with Exide.
2005, first-time production and sales of Sealed Maintenance Free Battery with advanced silver-tin alloy.
2005, started Kaizen in every level of the organization.
2005, achieved ISO 14001 certificate.
2006, started six sigma approach.
2007, achieved to have Q1 Quality Certificate
