Isimek Boiler was founded in 2002 by two mechanical engineers and specialized in industrial boilers especially for custom-engineered designs. We have been mainly manufacturing Biomass fired Boilers .Biomass fuels are woodchips, sawdust, wooden wastes, pomace, straw, sun flower husks, pellet, shells of nut and walnut and ofcourse similar agricultural wastes. Beside dry fuels we are also firing and combusted wet woodchips up to %50 moisture content by the help of moving grate system. Our boiler types are Hot water Boilers, Superheated water boilers, Steam boilers and Hot oil Boilers. Upon customer demand coal, fuel oil diesel and natural gas fired boilers can be manufactured by our company. Our scope is started from 500 kW upto 50 mW may be more. This year we have successfully completed METU heating center 47 mW heating capacity, 65.000 kg/h steam volume and 280 C degree and at 18 Bar. This boiler was fired with dual natural gas but most biggest capacity that we have been accomplished untill now.
