The Die cutting,testing and pre-cleaning procedures are all finished in the washing workshop class-100000. Washing,drying and sterilizing procedures are finished in the washing workshop class-10000. Inner packaging is sealed in class-100 laminar flow fume hood. It has introduced full automatic vacuum making vulcanizaiton machine as the major production equipment. With the self-designed automatic stopper washing machine for unique function,it has made the cleanness of butyl rubber stopper to an advanced level.
