Kalkan started trading in 1999, located in Aksehir and covers 12 000 square meters to open areas, 5 000 square meters to close area and a capacity of storing 2 500 tons of raw material. We have a posibility to export in our country and in the world. The supply of fruits and vegetables with qualified staff that realise « Quality raw material for quality product » is our main slogan. The fruits and vegetables are picked and returned to our factory as soon as possible, and procesing with new technology-modern conditions, without lack of quality. It's a important for our geografic position because the plantation is near the place of production, also « the confidence and quality are always indispensable ». The Kalkan is located in one of the most productive regions of major red fruits in Turkey. In 2005 he started to follow the organic farm, and in 2007 he continues to grow with fresh fruits processing and packaging line on the 1 500 square meters close area. In 2010, Kalkan supply frozen processing line (IQF : Individual Quick Frozen) on 5 000 square meters close area for production of frozen fruits and vegetables. He can supply, 5 000 tonnes/year frozen food, 5 000 tonnes/year fresh processing capacity and 10 000 tonnes/year raw materials. With the certificates ISO 22 000 : 2005, ISO 9 001 : 2008, KOSHER and Master certificate (NOP), excellent cooperation between professional staff, producers and suppliers we can guarantee outstanding service following European standards. 60% of productions are exportation more than twenty countries, generally in Germany, England, Spain, U.S.A., France, Swisserland, Neederland.
