Established in 1946 by Selahattin KUL the company started to manufacture ironworking, iron joinery, sanitary system in Terme-Samsun. After that the company expanded its product range. In 1983 starting with 1000 chicken as a hobby the company stepped into poultry husbandry. Seeing the difficulties in the sector the company was corporated under KARADENIZ KAFES SAN. TIC. LTD. STI. in 1993. Keeping step with mechanical and technological developments in poultry sector the company became modernized and started to manufacture hen and chick coop. Combining its experience in industry with poultry the company formed new formations. In 2000 the company became a demanded company in Industrial and Poultry sector. The company expanded its product range from hen and chick coop to feed plant manufacturing, pvc joinery, conveyors, egg production, marketing and farming tools.
