Tahsildaroglu has made its mark with a beautiful story of success, proving that taste can be institutionalized and cheese can be branded in Turkey. This delicious story has its roots back to nearly 50 years ago. Starting with a small grocery store, the story goes on with the entrepreneurial spirit of Mr. Kerim, the first-generation grandfather. Once Mr. Kerim begins working as a cheese wholesaler, the family encounters this field of business. Working to buy and sell cheese from miscellaneous regions of Turkey, the family becomes hardly able to find cheese of the desired quality. After a radical decision, they start dairy farming with 6 tons of milk daily in Ezine, Canakkale and produce cheese.
