1968 - KOCAER ROLLING MILL. It has started activities in the rolling mill sector in Denizli province, under the leadership of Ibrahim Kocaer.
1996 - KOCAER TEXTILE The Company entered in the textile sector initiating towel and bathrobe manufactures in Denizli Industry and Trade Free Zone.
1996 - KOCAER ROLLING MILL It has activated the second factory of heavy profile productions in Izmir – Aliaga.
1998 - KOCAER FOREIGN TRADE It has started activities in order to meet the raw material requirements of the KOCAER GROUP companies, and export its products to the foreign markets.
2000 - YAGIZ TRANSPORT LTD. CO. It took its place within KOCAER GROUP companies that carries on its development.
2001 - KOCAER TEXTILE It presented the brand name COTTON COUTURE to the world markets in order to reach the aim of being a prominent trademark.
2004 - KOCAER TEXTILE It started the construction of a weaving, fabric and readymade factory with 7.200.000 kg/year thread processing capacity, on 60.000 m 2 area, in Denizli industry and trade free zone, for the increasing demands of the customers.
2004 - KOCAER ROLLING MILL The project of the third factory covering 400.000 tons/year of iron – steel production has been constructed on 200.000 m 2 area in Izmir – Aliaga region.
