PilenPak Company, has five rotogravure machines with over 9000 T / yr rotogravure printing capacity, capable to print up to 12 colours. We produce from single to multi layer structured materials with different substrates like BOPP, CPP, PET, PE, PVC, PA films, ALUFOIL and PAPER. In addition to various solvent and solventless lamination combinations, we also do partial cold-seal, hot-melt, PvdC, and Thermo-lacquer coatings. We also have a film line where we produce CPP film and PE films for lamination . Established in 1988, Pilen Pak has developed to be one of the 3 major converters in Turkey and is also known to be one of the well respected printers both in Turkey and abroad. With over 330 employees, Pilen Pak does production in two sites with; * 5 Rotogravure Printers ( 8 – 12 colors, Inline Laminations, Full & Partial Cold Seal Applications ) * 4 Laminators ( upto 4 layers, Solvent Based and Solvent Free, Full & Partial Cold Seal Applications ) * 6 Slitters * 1 Doctoring Machine ( Full Web inspection ) * PE Extrusion * CPP Production * In-House Graphics Department * In-House Cylinder Engraving ( 4 Engravers, upto 85 cylinders / day – over 11.000 cylinders ) * Color Management * Ink Dispensing Unit ( Start production end August ) Pilen Pak is ISO 9001-2000 certified and has BRC accreditation since 2006. Previously, Pilen Pak was HACCP & AIB accredidated. In respcect, Pilen Pak exports appx 40% of its products, mostly to Europe including; UK, Germany, France, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, ect. Pilen Pak is also one of the major suppliers Nestle / Turkey & Dr. Oetker/Turkey, Foodcare(Gelwe) /Poland.
