Pmg Gida is a nfc fruit juices production company, established in 2020 by a team who has long years of experience in the fruit processing industry with a passion of delivering raw, fresh, high quality nfc juices to market. We produce natural, raw fruit juices without any heat treatment. We pick only high quality fruits, wash them thoroughly, seperate peel,stem and seeds, press the pulp and extract the juice. We then filter the juice and immediately cool it down below 0 degrees, about -2 C to -3 degrees, very close to its freezing point. Fill the juice in polyethylene bags in conical steel drums and directly put the high performance freezing room ( - 25 C) and keep the products frozen. All these process steps takes about 4 minutes. With this technique we preserve all the fresh taste, smell of the fruit while avoiding any microbiological risks. Our main products are pomegranate, sour cherry, sweet cherry, grapes, lemon and orange juices.
