Sankh India was primarily set up to supply India’s fashion bags, fashion jewelry, Indian wooden furniture and related accessories to the United States.
Sankh India has experienced a tremendous learning curve, thoroughly understanding the use of jute fabric for jute bags and solid wood for furniture & accessories, production nuances, packaging, storage, and shipping and distribution systems. From the beginnings it was decided that for effective profitability, quality control systems and delivery scheduling a vigorous process of backward integration is required. Today we have specialized ten product divisions and corresponding departments that excel in each to supply anywhere in the world.
We believe, sankh India has earned its reputation as being a quality producer from Asia achieving world-class production capability and delivery time schedules in the industry.
The main manufacturing′s of the company are located in & around Delhi, Kolkata, Purdilpur, Moradabad, Saharanpur, Jodhpur & Panipat, where more than 500 craft persons are working under the guidance of a dynamic & professional management team.
Due to its persistent efforts and innovative quality, Sankh has been certified as a member of EPCH- Council For Handicrafts, JMDC- Council for Jute Products, The East India Jute Hessian Exchange Ltd, and The Textile Export Promotion Council since 1998.
Apart from our New Delhi office, we have our unit in Kolkata especially for the jute bags and in Saharanpur especially for wooden furniture & handicrafts.
