Company has the ability of design ( 11 seats CAD/CAM stations) , mold making ( 100 molds/year), molding ( more then 60 machines from 50-700 tons, including 2K machines) , assembling ( Ultrasonic welding, hot plate, tampon printing, silk printing, special aparatus for assembling and testing).
We have ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 9000:2000 from TUV.
We have our own brand name SERKO for the agricultural vehicle industries . 85% of our sales to OEM factories ( like; CNH, John Deere, Valtra, Massey Ferguson, McCormick, Universal, Fiat, Ford, Steyr, Hidromek, Terex, Hyster, etc) the rest are for after market. SERKO products ( stop lamps, signal lamps, beacon lamps, working lamps, swicth column box, reflectors, rear plate ligthing lamp, reflector, cabin ligths, tool boxes, hydraulic oil tanks, logo, knobs, filters, bumpers, etc) are all homologated to the according regulations. We have more then 400 different product for agricultural vehicles.
SERKO products are high quality products, and all patented.
Another market for the SERKO products are working machines, forklifts, trailers.

We are starting to a project from the idea together with the customer designer
The big ratio projects are handling from 1997 by material replacement ( from brass to plastic, from Al injection to plactic, from silicone to plastic)
Since 1995 we have maid 5 big localisation projects
We have the ability of 2K ( 2 component hard/soft, two different raw material or two different color) rotatinal mold making and molding
We are consuming more then 4500 tons/year thermoplastic mostly thecnics thermoplastics like; POM, PBT, PA, PC, PEEK, PPA, PPS, PEI, ABS, PP, TPV, TPEE, etc
The biggest portion of our customers:
30%: appliance industry ( especially dishwashing machines)
20% automotive industry
other industries are electronic, thermoplastic, defence, aerospace, medical, counters, etc totally 12 different industries.
