We’ve two departments in China: Mold and Injection, with a broad range of experience in mold designing and plastic injection.

Mold Department- Shenzhen Nanho Jianyi Plastic Mold Limited, which is located in Buji, covers an area of 5,000 square meter. We have: OKK High Speed Machining Center, Charmille EDM, Sodick and precision Numerical Control Wire-Cut etc. Annual output is more than 500 sets of molds.

70% of staffs are professional in mold designing and manufacturing, skillful in operating software, like CAD/CAM/CAE、AutoCAD、PowerMILL、UG、Pro/Engineer、Solidwords、Moldflow,etc.

Injection Department- Shenzhen Nanho Huayi Plastic Products Limited, which is located in Buji also, has an area of 20,000 square meter. We have: two sets of Germany Arburg Precision Injection machines and no less than sixty injection machines between 80T and 500T. Annual output can reach 5,000T.
