Our leadership in the Turkish Nylon Yarn Market is the result of our company's commitment to quality, its flexibility, its ongoing modernization investments and production planning geared toward the types of yarn in great demand. As the first synthetic fiber producer of Turkey, SIFAS was established on September 11, 1962 and the Nylon 6 yarn plant that produced Turlon, trademark of the first Nylon 6 yarn in Turkey, began production in 1964. Having a capital of 2,500,000 YTL, the number of shareholders is approximately 500. Being a publicly owned company, bound with the Legislation for Capital Markets (S.P.K.), SIFAS is situated on a land of 102.105 square meters, of which 87,591 square meters is occupied by production building
