Explanation

StarOlive is easy-to-use olive oil pressing machine which enables to obtain olive oil without losing its aroma with cold squeezing technique. All surfaces touching the product are produced as AISI 316 stainless steel that is suitable for human health. Olive dough processing capacity is 100 – 120 kg/h. Only 3-5 lt cold water is included into the olive dough process. Advantages: Small & medium size olive producers can produce their own olive oil. Organic olive oil is automatically obtained unless the olives are not mixed with other producers’ olives if the producer have organic certified olive trees. Olive oil does not lose its flavor thanks to cold squeezing. The increase of acid ratio of olive oil is prevented since olives do not stay for a long time in the process as in the case of the continuous systems. Oil percentage remained in rest of olive dough is minimized.
