OUR TOMATOE AND PEPPER PASTE : We have also another factory in Bergama ,called Tartas food / tomatoes paste factory.it is located at Bergama / Kadikoy on the road to Gecbeyli.The factory was built on the are of 60.000 m2.Since 2002,we produce Tomatoes and peppers paste with INOX machines.At the factory we can produce 900 T / day of tomatoes and 120 T/Day of Pepper paste products.The production are done with the otomatic machines and pastorized until the brix 28/30 .tomatoes paste is produced with vacuum machines as 830 gr – 4500 gr – 9300 gr into tin box and then pastorized.Additional this, we produce and packed the paste products into 220 kg net drums . We produce pepper paste as hot and normal paste with a brix 22/24 without skin.We have also produce 26/38 briz paste products with skin called Antep style as hot and normal paste.We have own saboratory in our site and we can make all the necessary analyses . OUR OVEN SEMIDRIED TOMATOES: Tomatoes grown by our Company are dried in owens naturally, paralel to demands, packed hygienically and supplied to our esteemed customers. It has advantage of long shelf life and it can be available throughout the whole year. Semi Dried tomato production has been realised within a full traceable system that controls the product from field to fork by supplying the raw material from contracted farmers and handling the necessary analysis within required steps.
