1980-2005 ATES MAKINA was established in 1980. Our company realized complete machine manufacturing according to customer projects or created projects by ATES MAKINA and spare parts manufacturing for rubber and plastic industry, medicine industry and steel pipe industry especially first two customers Turk Pirelli Lastikleri A.S. and SUBOR Boru San. Tic. A.S.. ATES MAKINA performed the a lot of first application in tire and rubber industry. 2005-2011 Company started the searching different sector because of company wanted to changing it’s concept as mass production instead of project based manufacturing. R&D (Research and Developments) workings were started cause of industrial request inside Turkey and export potential of the Globoidal Worm gearing (Double Enveloping Worm gearing) technology products. After hard R&D workings first manufacturing process begun in end of 2005 year. Company used this technology although there are no any technical documents about it; for supplying the product request of the Turkish Companies instead of importing from other countries. Company combined the manufacturing process and R&D workings for development of the manufacturing technology and capacity utilization. 2011-… Since 2011 workings were started about product range developments and trademark. In that step trademark application was realized to Turkish Patent Institute. Our company provides the best solution to customer requests and customer satisfaction at each step of the relationship with our customers. And vision of the company will be trustable trade marking for markets inside and outside of the Turkey with professional, particular workings and quality in the products.
