Fangyuan Special Steel (call FY for short below) is one of the earliest private manufacturers of tool steels,including two factories ,five domestic sales companies with warehouses in the coastline cities and one trading company in Wuhan.We are specialized in R&D, manufacturing, processing and selling various tool steels such as H13,H11,H21,L6,D2,D3,D6,A2,O1,P20,S136,M2,T1 and so on. The first factory,Huangshi Fangyuan Special Steel Works was establised in 1991 in Huangshi,Hubei,China,which has more than 70 acres and around 20000 tons of annual output for various types of tool steels. It owns a series of state-of-art production equipments such as Electric Arc Furnaces, Medium Frequency Induction Furnace, Electro-Slag Furnace, Forging Machines, Mill Machines, Turned Machines ,heat treatment devices and complete quality inspection system like ultrasonic inspection, multi-functional toughness inspection, metallographic test, spectrograph.All the products must pass 100% ultrasonic inspection, physical experiment and data analysis of chemical composition twice for controling the best quality of our products in the whole process strictly. From 1999 up to now, FY has established five domestic sales companies successively in Chu Chiang Delta and Chang Chiang Delta with stocks more than 3000 tons per day, the sales network covers the entire country, Hongkong & Taiwan areas. We supply directly to chinese local mold factories and cut to customers' specifications In 2007, we began to export our "FY" products to other countries under the name of other trading companies.In 2008, we have gained import and export operation rights authorized by Department of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation of Hubei Province,then our own trading company,Wuhan Fangyuan Special Steel Trade Co.,Ltd, was establised.From then,we make customized-production to meet demands from all over the world and develop broad friendly business relationship with trader,distributors,stockist and dealers from many countries in the world such as India,Vietnam,Indonesia,Iran,Saudi Arabia,Turkey,Italy,France,Netherland,Russia,Brazil,Mexico,Jordan,US,Argentina,Brazil and so on. In 2009,our second factory ,Hubei Fangyuan Special Steel Co.,Ltd ,was officially founded and has started its production in Apri ,2010.FY has had a fully upgrade for all the production devices and inspection method.
