Ares is the ‘new brand name’ of Dark Emperador. Ares DARK EMPERADOR is one of the most exclusive marbles because of its homogenous dark brown color and with unique spider net design.
Good polishing capacity of the marble with its unique spider net design; makes it as an appropriate marble for high value projects and for luxurious architectural designs.
‘Ares Dark Emperador Quarry’ has a very remarkable competitive advantage against its Spanish and other international rivals through: quarry’s big reserve, production of massive blocks without holes and without sand, dark and homogenous color of the marble together with its unique spider net design.
The homogenous and massive structure of the quarry enables Ares to have a high production capacity of: massive, strong and homogenous blocks. Ares mainly produces gangsaw size blocks to be able to give the best slab sizes to its customers (240-280cm x 160-190cm).
The quarry currently has four levels of mirros; 8 meters height each. Ares Dark Emperador quarry is located in Mugla-Fethiye (South-West of Turkey close to Antalya). Due to the weather conditions the quarry has the advantage of working 12 months continuously throughout the whole year and continuously supplying marble blocks to its customers
