Asa Çelik İamalt ve Montaj

ASA Çelik İmalat & Mekanik 1993 yılında kurulmuştur. Firmanın çalışma alanı yabancı firmaların çalıştığı yatırım projeleridir. ASA endüstri yatırımlarında saha montajı, imalat, satınalma, yabancı süpervizörlerin kalacak yeri, araç kiralaması ve her türlü lojistik destek konularında yardımcı firma rolü üstlenmiştir. On 1993 the company started with VAI Austuria for ERDEMİR (Ereğli/Zonguldak/Türkiye) Modernization investments. Also on 1996 ASA was awarded a contract as assistant company with LINDE Germany for the 5th Oxygen system for ERDEMİR (Ereğli/Zonguldak/Türkiye). On 2001 for ELIN Austuria Combined Natural Gas Power Plant was established in ANKARA/TÜRKİYE with assistance of ASA. From 2005 till today ASA has been working for İSDEMİR (İskenderun/Hatay/Türkiye) Modernization projects as asistant company of ERENCO Türkiye, SMS-Demag Germany, Air-LIQUADE France. MANUFACTURING WORKSHOPS & FIELD TEAM

ASA has a portable manufacturing workshop located at İSKENDERUN /HATAY /TÜRKİYE. The steel manufacturing workshop is capable of manufacturing 10.000 Tons of steel structure annualy. There are 3 drilling machines (up to ?50 holes), 2 lathes (............) and 20 electric welding, 10 argon welding machines. The main purpose of the manufacturing workshop is direct field assistance for urgent manufacturing, modification and erection. Also the field team is consisting of 2 white collar and 45 blue collar workers, all experienced. For the field works ASA has a 30 Tons lifting mobile crane, a 12 Ton Truck, two 2 ton pick-up and a 30 ton trailer for the field works.

The mechanical manufacturing workshop can make wide range of mechanical manufacturing with plasma cutters, CNC workstations, drillers and lathes.
LOGISTIC & ASSISTANCE

The services for logistics and assistance can be divided in to two parts such as in-field and out-field assistance.

For out-field assistance, the car rental service, rental houses with furniture and internet connection, transportation, cleaning and all technical services can be counted.

For in-field assistance, offices with internet connection, containers, storage of fragile and valuable material, and any kind of local purchases that are needed.

For such kind of assistance specialist personel team of 10 people works.
