As OGAŞ CONFECTIONERY, we set forth this journey to present the best of this conventional flavor existing for almost 500 years and to be able to meet you with the “Turkish Flavor Sweetening the World” … We use fully natural aromas and coloring agents in the delights that we prepared with 100% sugar beet, and also we produce delights from the real pulps (including carrot, apple, quince, grape, fig, apricot, squash, date, locust, blackberry), which features as a pioneering step in the sector. We have registered our delights prepared both with handicraft and high-technology under ISO 9001:22000 Quality Management System. We have achieved 10 tons of daily production capacity in delight production accompanied by pişmaniye, sesame or court halva. Now, we have an important market share in both domestic and international markets. We have taken as a mission to carry these unique flavors to the whole world.
