AZERSTAR LLC is a significant supplier of nuts in Azerbaijan, like Hazelnut and other dried nuts. The AZERSTAR Manufacturing and Trading Company is one of the largest national hazelnut processors and exporters. Led by AZERSTAR founder Ilham Isayev, this small shop has grown over several decades into a large company with an impressive export volume of more than 4,000 tons of finished products per year. Today, the company’s delivery capabilities have expanded to include the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and most European countries. AZERSTAR’sproductivity in actual figures We have achieved high-performance ratings in the field as we have been processing and exporting hazelnuts for many years. Hazelnuts come in many forms as required by each individual client: shelled nuts, crushed nuts, roasted nuts, blanched nuts, and nut flour. Whereas some certificates can confirm the high quality of specific products, our company is better described by these startling figures: 15 years of international market experience (exporting since 2006); 23 years of large-scale hazelnut production (including a factory in Zaqatala since 1998); up to 20 tons of shelled nuts per day (including a production capacity based on advanced equipment); 120 hectares of the company’s hazelnuts grow in Zaqatala; a team of 100 qualified processing, harvesting, and exporting specialists; and an annual sales volume exceeding 22 million USD in 2018. Today, we produce and export up to 25% of the total volume of Azerbaijan hazelnuts. Our market share is growing annually since we are respected for our quality products and transparent values system.
