It was registered and incorporated on the 10th of September, 2013 under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1962 (No.151) The business is registered for among others to engage in farming, agri-products aggregation, mining, supplies, import and export of general goods construction, and general trading. MA Africa is currently focusing on the export of non-GMO products such as soya beans, sesame seeds, ginger, onions, lemons, etc.
