We are a group of companies which contains two paper mills and a converting plant in a facility of 70.000 m2 which is located in Izmir/Turkey. Our current of tissue (virgin pulp + deinked pulp) production capacity of monthly 4400 Tons. We can produce tissue from 15 gsm up to 25 gsm in all types of jumbo rolls( facial tissue, toilet paper, napkin, dispenser towel, kitchen towel) in 1–2–3 plies. We're exporting our Tissue Jumbo Reel products to Middle East and Europe as well as we're quite strong in local market. Here are the total machine widths: · PM1: 266 cm 1 and 2 ply · PM2: 288-290 cm 1 ,2 and 3 ply We have 3 different types of GRADES which are: · Extra Quality: 100% virgin pulp, 16,5-25 gsm, 1-2-3 plies brightness: 86–88 (ISO) : ( PM1 1 and 2 Ply ) ( PM2 1,2 and 3 ply ) · Eco: mixed pulp(50 % deinked pulp + 50 % virgin pulp) 16,5-25 gsm 1-2 plies, brightness: 81–83 (ISO) : ( PM1 1 and 2 Ply ) · Special: ( 80-85 % deinked pulp + 20-15 % virgin pulp ), 17-25 gsm 1-2 plies, brightness: 78–80 (ISO) : ( PM1 1 and 2 Ply ) The paper which is lower than 16,5 gsm can be done in our PM2 and as virgin pulp.
