Baylan Water Meters was established in 1992 by Ibrahim and M. Akif Baylan brothers, as a consequence of long years‘ experience.
Today, Baylan continues production in its facility which has all technological requirements of our time on a closed area of 14.000 sqm.

With its 250 persons professional staff including engineers, technicians and workers, Baylan has the capacity to produce 7.000 pcs/day of water meters. As a consequence of this profession and its exports to all over the world, Baylan has become a well known international trade mark in the world.

All manufactured meters have European type approval certificate (EEC 75/33).
Baylan has also ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificate and ISO 14001 Environment Management Certificate.
