The name VEPA has almost 50 years of past. It has first entered the parfumery and cosmetics market in the 1950’s year as sub-contractor, by producing combs and wooden handled hair brushes; and by creating the foundation of the company as Vepa Firca ve San. Tic. A.S.in 1983, has succeeded in starting to produce tooth brush in 1984 which could have been thought as a revolutionary production in Turkey in those years. By entering the market to produce six types of adult and two types of child tooth brushes, it rescued the Turkish consumer from using the products which were produced with old technology and with unhealthy materials during the times that the importation of goods were difficult. The Vepa Firca ve San. Tic. A.S, which continues its mission, that was set out during the foundation; has won the admiration of the Turkish people once again by presenting, not only the new and modern tooth brushes, but also, 70 different types of domestic and proffessional use hair brushes every year, which were modern technology products, in 1986. VEPA FIRCA SAN. VE TIC. A.S, which has moved to a newly constructed production site in Ikitelli Industrial Zone, with 10.000 m2 closed area in 1997, continues its activity with its large product range in; • Mouth Care products , • Personal Care products , • Domestic Care products.
