Production line for thin flat bread

We're looking to build a production line for thin flat bread in many flavors i.e. soy bread, barley bread, and bran bread. following are the specifications needed: 1. capacity between (4000 - 8000) piece per hour, diameter between (50cm - 25cm). 2. plc controlled 3. we need the bread to be very thin 4. all parts stainless steel 5. both faces is identical which means double face heating looking forward to hearing from you soon thanks and best regards,
