Seashell processing machines to import Bulgaria

We are looking for:



1. Double roller crusher for prewashed with drinking water empty Black Sea Rapan (60-100 mm) and mussel (40-80mm) shells to crush them down to 10-20 mm. These will be fed into a drum dryer- pasteurizer and heated to 85 dC. within 4 minutes.

2. Double roller mill to grind these after pasteurization to 1-3 mm. Input material temperature will be 85 dC, so the mill must be with cooled rollers, controllable gap and one jumping roller
