Canada importer company: stretch denim fabric import

We are currently developing our first capsule collection, and we're searching for a high-performance stretch denim fabric with waterproof and breathable properties.
We’re specifically looking for:
* Mid-weight denim (10–13 oz)
* 2–3 layer construction (membrane or lamination preferred)
* Matte finish, soft hand feel
* Good drape and garment wash resistance
* Sustainable or OEKO-TEX/bluesign certified options
