Our company was established in 1986 in Gaziantep by Fayat ULUTAS the founder of our company. Between 1986-1998 Ulutas Hali San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. was established. Between 1998-2005 our company changed its title as Ozulutas Hali. In 2005 our company continued in Uzbekistan and became a tax champion 4 times. Our company continues under Behram Hali San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. Our target is to have a better market in the world and prove ourselves.
