Explanation
They are produced from low density polyethylene as an alternative to glass pasteur pipettes. They create excellent suction power with their homogeneous straw wall structures. They allow small-scale fluid transfer to be done quickly and without errors. Since the pipette is a single piece including the sump compartment, they do not pose a risk of cross contamination triggered by the sump used in glass pipettes. Due to the production quality, they create similar drop volumes that are not too different from each other during dropping. The flexible and long pipetting tip can reach even the narrowest and hard-to-reach corners of the bottles. Polyethylene pasteur pipettes can be used to store small amounts of liquids if desired.
