SEREMET TEKSTIL A.S. has been incorporated in 1987 in Bursa, and started manufacturing operations on 20.000 square meter of land in Inegöl County. In 1990 the company had its mane registrated as GOL IPLIK SEREMET TEKSTIL A.S. The company had its name known truoghout Turkey. In the last decade of production process the company has rapidly renovate itself and closely followed the technology.

Following after its successful operations, in 1999 GOL IPLIK SEREMET TEKSTIL A.S. has commissioned its second modern yarn-manufacturing factory in Yenice County on 30.000 square meter indoor area, and with 36.000 spindles, and eventually had reached 70.000 total capacity.

GOL IPLIK SEREMET TEKSTIL A.S. manufactures yarn by using all kinds of synthetic, regenerated and naturel fibers. The company works jointly with world known raw material manufacturing companies like Danufil, Dralon, Birla, Lenzing, Trevira.
