Coir Geo- Textiles are made from coconut fibre extracted from the husk of coconut. Like other polymeric counterparts, coir Geo-textiles are developed for specific application is civil engineering like erosion control , ground improvement , filtration, drainage, river bank protection, Road pavements slope stability ect. The geo-textile net is made from coir twine or yarn. The ground is covered with the geo-textile mesh to control the downpour, wind and water disintegration.There are three significant classes, for example, 400gsm, 700gsm and 900gsm. The eye is bigger in 400gsm and more modest in 900gsm. 400gsm netting is utilized in less steep inclines and 900gsm utilized in high slants.
