OMEGA Enerji ve Yatirim A.S. is the youngest company of Ozgun Group of Companies. Having come into operation in April, 2007, the Company was incorporated as an energy investment company. OMEGA Enerji ve Yatirim A.S. focuses on the water energy and in this context, it has a project for a Hydroelectric Power Plant, for which an application for a license was made to and approved by the EPDK (Energy Market Regulatory Authority), and an Agreement for the Right of Water Usage was entered into in this respect. Other applications have already been made for some other projects for Hydroelectric Power Plants. OMEGA Enerji ve Yatirim A.S. is interested in projects for solar energy that is currently discussed in the agenda of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. The Company, in this context, is currently conducting negotiations with some certain foreign companies.
